Our client, an International Logistics company is seeking to recruit a receptionist with good experience in front desk management to provide administrative support including receiving and
handling information.

We are specifically looking for candidates with working experience in shipping / Liner Industry or Logistics Industry.

Key Responsibilities
    Handle all customers’ enquiries with consistency and objectivity
    Ensure that the front office desk offers a warm and friendly welcome and a speedy, efficient check-in and check-out
    Answer telephones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
    Arrange conferences, meetings, and travel reservations for office personnel
    Ensure that there is information to help guests and be their point of information about company products/services

Qualification and Experience
    Diploma in Front Office or Business related field from a reputable institution
    Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in shipping / Liner Industry or Logistics Industry
    Proven planning and organization skills
    Strong verbal and written communication skills
    Self-driven personality with the ability to work with minimal supervision
    Candidates currently residing in Mombasa will have an added advantage
