Supervision of office services – telephone, cleaning, messengers and registry
Allocation of office accommodation, furniture and equipment and keep records thereof.
Effective management and administration of transport services including allocation of vehicles and supervision of drivers
Undertake coordinated maintenance of office buildings
Coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing, cleaning services
Authorize vehicle journeys and administer work tickets.
Procurement of insurance for motor vehicles.
Settle utility bills – water and electricity – and keep records thereof.
