Sales Vacancies Kenya. Branch Manager

Position: Branch Manager (Eldoret) -Ref No: Opt 2
 
Responsibilities
1.       Manage and coordinate the operations of the branch office
2.       Aggressively market and sell the company products to the right market
3.       Supporting and managing the sales and marketing team
4.       Develop and maintain marketing strategies to meet the agreed company objectives
5.       Identifying target markets and developing strategies to communicate with them
6.       Monitoring and analyzing market trends
7.       Representing the company in key meetings when authorized
8.       Taking care of company assets such as company vehicle, maintaining mileage log in and narrating the official business done
9.       Any other duty that maybe assigned

1.       Knowledge in a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts
2.       Excellent communicator, Respond well to pressure, Think creatively
3.       Work well with a team and with a wide range of people
4.       Persuasive and diplomatic, Ability to work within budgets


Interests
1.       Must be interested in what motivates people
2.       Must be interested in the industry sector to be marketed.


Academics & Professional Qualifictaions
 
1.       Diploma in Sales & Marketing / Degree in Marketing from a reputable institution
2.       Certification in Computer Literacy.


Experience & Background:
1.       Excellent Interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
2.       Minimum 8years hands on experience in sales, 3 of which must be in a management position, experience in real estate market is an added advantage
3.       Excellent driving skills is an added advantage
