Position: General Manager – Hospital Branch/Unit
Reporting to the Executive Director- Hospitals, this position will
develop and implement business, sales and marketing strategies and plans
that will deliver and sustain the branch’s growth and profitability
objectives.
The position shall further manage customer relations and ensure quality service delivery.
Academic & Professional qualifications, Experience
A Bachelors’ Degree from a recognised learning institution
An MBA and a Diploma/Post Graduate qualification in Health Care Management will be an added advantage
A diploma or post graduate in Healthcare Management , Membership of a professional body
Active knowledge and experience in Business, Financial and People management
Active application of Information System and Health Care Management
At least 4 years management experience in a busy environment.
